Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2-1 lemon, juiced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place all dry ingredients in food processor
- Place all wet ingredients, excepts raspberries in a bowl and whisk together
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Mix in Raspberries
- Place batter in muffin tins (we love to use silicone)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick/knife comes out clean
