  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Lemon or Lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno (more or less depending on how spicy you like it)
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Cumin (optional)


  1. Put all ingredients (except avocado) in food processor or finely chop everything
  2. Place in bowl with avocado and mash everything together.
  3. Best served immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers or tostitos.
  4. TIP: To prevent guacamole from browning, keep the pit and add it to the bowl after. Cover bowl with saran wrap and press it right against the guacamole.
