Balsamic Kale Chips


  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Destem kale and cut into “chip-size” pieces.
  3. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Add foil to the bottom of pan to decrease the mess. 
  5. Bake for 8-12 minutes (checking every minute at the 8 minute mark-they can burn easily).

TIP: If kale overlaps they won’t get crispy, so make sure it is evenly spread out on the baking sheet
