Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Dash salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Destem kale and cut into “chip-size” pieces.
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Add foil to the bottom of pan to decrease the mess.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes (checking every minute at the 8 minute mark-they can burn easily).
TIP: If kale overlaps they won’t get crispy, so make sure it is evenly spread out on the baking sheet
