Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium-sized potatoes (cut in half)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 20 mins.
  2. Remove potatoes from water, place on a baking sheet and smash them down with a fork.
  3. Drizzle with oil and cover in spices.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 425F (until nice and crispy).
  5. Enjoy!
