Mashed Turnip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large or 2 small turnips boiled and mashed
  • 3 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat turnip eggs and butter well.
  3. Mix in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread in a casserole dish. 
  5. Bake for 35 min or untill the top is golden.
