Grilled Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • Bok Choy
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp coconut aminos or soya sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the end off the bok choy, seperate the leaves individually and rinse. Discard any wilted outer leaves.
  3. Place bok choy in a bowl and toss in remaining ingredients. Coat leaves well.
  4. Place the bok choy on a baking sheet or vegetable grilling tray and place in the bbq.
  5. Grill for 10 minutes, flipping/tossing the leaves half way.
  6. Enjoy!

TIP: You can also follow this exact recipe in the oven at 425F.
