Ingredients:
- Bok Choy
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1-2 tsp coconut aminos or soya sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the end off the bok choy, seperate the leaves individually and rinse. Discard any wilted outer leaves.
- Place bok choy in a bowl and toss in remaining ingredients. Coat leaves well.
- Place the bok choy on a baking sheet or vegetable grilling tray and place in the bbq.
- Grill for 10 minutes, flipping/tossing the leaves half way.
- Enjoy!
TIP: You can also follow this exact recipe in the oven at 425F.
