Bean Dip


  • 2 red or orange peppers 
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can lentils
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1-2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp catalina dressing


  1. Dice peppers and onions into small pieces.
  2. Rinse beans and drain well.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  4. Enjoy! Serve as a side or dip.
