Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp of low sodium tamari, soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Enjoy on your favourite dish or salad!
