Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of salmon
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of bread (preferably sprouted)
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 1-2 tbsp of fresh dill (optional)
  • Dash of pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread. Include a portion of veggies of choice on the side!

2. This salmon mix makes 2 portions therefore you should save the other half in the fridge for 2-3 days.
