Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 cups of spinach, kale or greens of choice
- 1 cup mango and pineapple mix
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1″ ginger
- 1.5 – 2 cups water
- 1″ fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp powdered)
- 1 scoop protein powder
optional extras: collagen powder, spirulina, moringa, maca, chia seeds, nut butter
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
