Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of spinach, kale or greens of choice
  • 1 cup mango and pineapple mix
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1″ ginger
  • 1.5 – 2 cups water
  • 1″ fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp powdered)
  • 1 scoop protein powder

optional extras: collagen powder, spirulina, moringa, maca, chia seeds, nut butter

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
