Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat Eggs
- Mix in applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla, oats and protein powder
- Spray pan or melt 1 tsp of coconut oil & heat pan on LOW heat
- Use 1/4 cup to scoop pancake mix into the pan & flip when batter bubbles
- Top with 1 tsp of almond butter if desired
