Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1 apple
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 cups water or dairy-free milk
- 1-2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt coconut oi in a pan on medium-high heat.Add cranberries, apple and cinnamon until caramelized.
- In a pot bring oats and water/milk to a boil.
- Lower heat and add protein powder and extra cinnamon. Mix well until oats are cooked (approx 5 minutes).
- Dish oatmeal into 2 bowls, mix in fruit and top with a little bit of real maple syrup.
