Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond or cashew milk
  • ½-1 cup of water
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup of spinach or greens of choice
  • ½ tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 scoop of protein (approx 20g of protein per serving)

Directions:

1. Blender all the ingredients and enjoy!

This recipe can be made the night before and stored in the fridge for morning.
