Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond or cashew milk
- ½-1 cup of water
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup of spinach or greens of choice
- ½ tbsp of almond butter
- 1 scoop of protein (approx 20g of protein per serving)
Directions:
1. Blender all the ingredients and enjoy!
This recipe can be made the night before and stored in the fridge for morning.
