1 can of salmon
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 slices of bread (preferably sprouted)
2 tbsp of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1-2 tbsp of fresh dill
1. Mix all ingredients together and serve on bread. Include a portion of veggies of choice on the side!
2. This salmon mix makes 2 portions therefore you should save the other half in the fridge for 2-3 days.
