2-3 sweet potatoes
1-2 tbsp of avocado oil
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425F.
Peel (if desired) sweet potatoes and cut into 1” cubes.
Toss in a tray with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional), salt and pepper.
Roast @ 425F for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Toss halfway through.
