Roasted Sweet Potatoes


  • 2-3 sweet potatoes

  • 1-2 tbsp of avocado oil

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Peel (if desired) sweet potatoes and cut into 1” cubes.

  3. Toss in a tray with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional), salt and pepper.

  4. Roast @ 425F for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender. Toss halfway through.
