Roasted Broccoli


  • 4 cups of broccoli, chopped

  • 2 tbsp of oil (preferably avocado)

  • ½ tsp of ground coriander seed

  • ½ tsp of ground cumin

  • 1tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Lemon zest


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. In a large bowl combine broccoli, oil, round coriander seed, ground cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (optional). Mix well.

  3. Spread broccoli on a baking sheet and zest a lemon on top of broccoli.

  4. Roast for 20 minutes and enjoy. Stir broccoli halfway.
