Cumin Roasted Carrots
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs of carrots
1 tbsp cumin
Dash of salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Peel and slice carrots and place in a baking tray.
Drizzle carrots with oil, cumin, salt and pepper.
Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
