Cumin Roasted Carrots


  • 1-2 lbs of carrots

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • Dash of salt and pepper

  • 1-2 tbsp avocado or olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.

  2. Peel and slice carrots and place in a baking tray.

  3. Drizzle carrots with oil, cumin, salt and pepper.

  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
