Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 3 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 “Chia egg” (1 Tbsp chia seeds + 3Tbsp of water, set aside for 15-20 minutes)
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Cacao powder
- 2 TBSP Cacao nibs
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mash avocado and banana.
- Add maple syrup and Peanut Butter.
- Mix in flax, vanilla, “chia egg”, coconut(if using) and cacao powder.
- Form into cookies and place on baking sheet with coconut oil or parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
