Kale Chips


  • 1 head of kale
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop kale into 1.5 inch pieces and toss in a bowl with oil and sea salt.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and place in the oven for approx 15 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
