  • ​Not looking to lose weight? No problem. This isn't just a weight-loss program. We encourage all types of transformations.

Kaylie was born and raised in Espanola. She discovered she had a strong passion for health and fitness 9 years ago. HOP Fitness has now developed into a full-time venture and she looks forward to helping local people regain their health with a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition.
